 Ingredients
- 1 pkg ground turkey
- 1 pkg plain sausage or ground pork
- small onion, finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 apple, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup golden raisins
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- season salt
- salt & pepper
Smash it all up together. Shape into 2 loaves. Glaze with jellied cranberry sauce. Bake at 350° until done. Serve with the rest of the cranberry sauce on the side.
This is good stuffed into a winter squash. |
